The Countryside Education Project (CSEP)

CSEP was established in 2013 to provide education to underprivileged children of Kor community (Prey Veng province) who are unable to attend a government school and would otherwise not have the opportunity to receive an  education at all. The project presently provides support to 213 rural children for free extra education after Khmer school, such as English, computer and soft-skills. CSEP is going to support the student to continue at vocational training and University after they finish high school level. The project already supports many older students to follow higher education (vocational training and University).

Children are eager to return to the extra education (English, computer and life-skills) at our Countryside Education Project (CSEP). Despite the global COVID-19 pandemic, we are hopeful the studies will restart in the near future.
